Mr. D. Senthil Kumar

Senthilkumar, hailing from the verdant farms of Pollachi with an agriculture background, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey immediately after completing his engineering studies. Over the years, he has successfully scaled multiple ventures, including businesses in leather, steel, IT, and real estate. His IT firm became one of the largest business partners of Wipro Infotech in India. Fifteen years ago, Senthilkumar expanded into real estate and property development. Under his leadership, he has successfully delivered nearly 1000 homes across 10 projects, spanning 16.5 lac square feet. Outside of business, Senthilkumar is a passionate foodie and an avid golfer.
Mr. Karthikeyan P K
Director
Karthikeyan’s professional path mirrors that of Senthilkumar. With a strong background in global sales and operations in the IT sector for about 8 years, he has earned numerous accolades from Wipro Infotech. In the real estate sector, Karthikeyan has demonstrated expertise of 15 years in various domains, including liaison, legal, sales, marketing, operations, customer support until project handover, handling a team of 200 people and P&L Control for 15+ projects. He has consistently delivered top-tier projects on tight deadlines. Karthikeyan is also a keen traveller, cinephile, and a foodie.
Mr. Adharsh Gukan
Vice President
Adharsh Gukan is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and College of Engineering Guindy. He began his career with the Tata Administrative Services, gaining extensive experience across diverse industries such as steel, automobile, retail, digital, and eCommerce. Adharsh has successfully launched and scaled new business lines for the Tata Group across these sectors. A marathoner and sports enthusiast, Adharsh plays cricket, tennis, and swims regularly. He is also an active follower of the startup ecosystem and has made personal investments in a few startups.
